Ebisumaru Sushi

(English) Guadalajara has plenty of sushi spots. The challenge was building a brand that actually had something real to say. Ebisumaru Sushi Uramaki was born inside a group that already ran a solid ramen bar, so the first task was defining its own identity without losing the thread of the group. The answer came from within: a kitchen led by Japanese chefs who found in Mexico the perfect place to merge both cultures. That's where the Mexican Nikkei Sushi concept was born, and everything else followed that same logic. Strategy, visual identity, illustrations, and packaging were all built from that same place: honoring both cultures with intention, without falling into cliché. An upscale casual brand, with its own voice and something genuine to offer.
